DDD Releases Q2 2025 Market Report
Downtown Development District proudly presents its Q2 2025 Market Report to the community, providing an updated assessment and analysis of the economic vitality of Downtown New Orleans.
Q2 2025 was an impactful and significant time for DDD and Downtown New Orleans as a whole. In April, DDD leadership traveled to Washington, D.C., for the International Downtown Association Capitol Hill Fly-In, where they met with federal legislators to advocate for policies to lead the revitalization of Downtowns nationwide. In May, the organization celebrated its 50th year of operation with a special recognition at the Louisiana State Capitol, commemorating a half-century of investment and development in the heart of the Crescent City.
Meanwhile, projects and improvements continued to take shape on the streets of Downtown, as the local Celebrate Canal! Coalition launched its debut “Windows on Canal” public art gallery, and BioDistrict New Orleans completed its Lighting Gap Analysis and Concept Identification Plan.
