New public art experience ‘Windows on Canal’ changing the scenery

You may have seen giant pieces of art being installed on several businesses along canal street. Those art installations are part of a new public art experience called “Windows on Canal.” Celebrate Canal Coalition President, and CEO, Sandra Herman, tell us more about the project.
